You are an experienced Dynamics Developer with a strong background in developing features within Dynamics 365, focusing largely on Customer Service Management. You possess a comprehensive understanding of Dynamics 365, showcasing proficiency in handling workflows, plugins, entities, and system integrations. You thrive in environments working with multiple solutions, demonstrating adept skills in dependency management, issue resolution, and the use of Dynamics SDK for plugin and workflow development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and C#/.NET is essential, alongside some experience with Azure API Manager and Logic Apps. Ideally, you hold a Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification, although it is not mandatory.
What the Job Involves
In this temporary position at Westminster City Council, based in London with hybrid working options, you will join the Software Engineering team to develop and enhance the council's digital services. Your primary responsibilities include creating new features in Dynamics 365/CSM, integrating with third-party systems, and developing a custom web API using C#/.NET.
