Dynamics Developer with Power Platform (Junior and Senior Roles)
Are you passionate about technology and looking to build a career in software development?
We are seeking Dynamics Developers at both junior and senior levels to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will be involved in building, maintaining, and enhancing our systems, working closely with both business and technical teams.
Junior Dynamics Developer
What you’ll do:
- Gain a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Assist in the development and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate with the development team to contribute to project success.
- Learn and apply development best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
Senior Dynamics Developer
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop complex Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers in Dynamics 365 development and customisations.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of development processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in Dynamics 365 development and customisations.
- Manage source control and code versioning using Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of development processes and standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in Dynamics 365 development and customisations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable skills for both roles:
- Basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration platforms and APIs.
